Privacy policy
1. Controller
Synestry Ltd, Pindou 8, Chloe Court, Office 301, 8011 Pafos, Cyprus · js@synestry.com · +49 171 5655115. This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit this website, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. No cookies, no tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools, and does not load content from third parties. Fonts are hosted on this server.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by Bluehost, a brand of Newfold Digital, Inc., 5335 Gate Parkway, Jacksonville, FL 32256, USA. When you visit the website, the server automatically stores technical data in log files: IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser and operating system, and referring URL. This is necessary to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest in a secure and stable website). The log files are kept by the hosting provider for a limited period and then deleted.
As the hosting provider is located in the USA, data may be processed outside the EU. We have a data processing agreement with the hosting provider (Newfold Data Processing Addendum, part of its terms of service). Transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914).
4. Contact by e-mail or phone
If you contact us by e-mail or phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, company, contact details, content of your request) to answer your request and, where applicable, to prepare a quotation or contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or on the basis of our legitimate interest in business communication (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted when it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply (e.g. for commercial and tax records).
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, please contact js@synestry.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Cyprus the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, or the authority in your country of residence.
6. Changes
We may update this policy if the website or legal requirements change. Version: October 2026.
